Carter is an ambivert who is really shy at first but once he's comfortable he is so fun and won't shut up, which is usually a good thing. He has gorgeous brown eyes and brown hair. Carter is ridiculously smart and he knows it too, but he likes to procrastinate wayyy to much, he doesn't get very stressed though.
