Internet hardman

An internet hardman is someone who goes online in chat rooms, message boards and the like and insults, belittles and abuses other people. His avatar will probably be some image that gives the impression he's a hardcase, and he'll probably have some tagline like "Shut the fuck up" or "Who you dissin" or "When the master's talking you shut it". But if you were to meet this person face to face you would probably find he is either a skinny or dumpy nerd with thick glasses and his vest tucked into his skidmark-stained y-fronts, has no social life to speak of, has a relationship with a collection of porno mags and has never spoken to a girl.

"I am the Internet Hardman. You are a sad loser and an idiot".
"Fuck off back to your smelly bedroom, you no-life waste of space".

Internship

An internship is when (usually a college undergraduate) goes and works for a company who can get away with paying him a very small salary or often nothing because he hasn't graduated yet.

It's basically just working to make someone rich and getting nothing in return - the modern equivalent of slavery, except nowadays, people are actually willing.

Person A: Hey! I got an internship with yahoo this summer!

Person B: Awesome! What will your job involve?

Person A: Correcting grammatical errors, making cups of coffee.. you know the usual - they're paying me $50 bucks at the end of the six weeks.

Person B: That sounds fantastic! That'll really benefit your career in the years to come.

Internet Creep

One who is incapable of chatting up girls in real life and therefore resorts to stalking them online.

So let's say this kid stumbles across a girl's youtube account where she posts occasional vlogs - he finds her physically attractive. He will then google (and perhaps even yahoo) her username and see if she's signed up to any other sites with that same name. Let's say he finds something (Friendster, myspace), he will then try find any information about her he can. This could include where she lives, her age, interests, whatever. If there are any pictures of her on one of these sites he might even save them to his computer (provided the given site allows it). Then when he's gathered what he believes to be enough information, he'll contact her somehow and surprise her by pretending that his interests or whatever are congruent with hers. Say she's from Philadelphia - he'll put on some bullshit about how his Grandparents grew up there. And so on and so forth - that is an internet creep.

Interesting

A term used by the YouTube comedy duo Twosetviolin and their fan base to refer to anything music related that is unconventional in a bad way, but does not quite merit the title of Sacrilegious . The term originated with a video where Twoset reacted to the performance of a prodigy who improvised a piano sonata.

internet disease

People on the internet have pictures of themselves in which they look far more attractive than they really are. Quite often from odd angles, unique lighting, or a combination of both.

On MySpace girls often look quite beautiful because they select pictures that make them look much better than they really are.
