Covfefe or Covfifi (n.) Donald Trump used the variation Covfefe for the more familiar, and brief Fifi , the name of Max Rockatansky's chief of the MFP. Max quit his job due to becoming overwhelmed, so Fifi cajoled Max to stay, with promise of a Pursuit Special. Fifi led a highly flamboyant life as the chief of the MFP and notably had a love for his houseplants and a pet bird, both of which he kept in his office at the Halls of Justice.
