Certified idiot

There are two meanings :

First the person is an idiot and it was confirmed by many people or just an evidence.

The other meaning is that, the person is certified in a study or a job. But this person doesn't really deserve the title.

1. She even failed to the easiest test ! she is a certified idiot.
2. Although he has a degree in business administration, the enterprise is bankrupt. He is just a certified idiot.

You Are An Idiot

A pop up virus including 3 smiley faces with a text written in times new roman saying "You are an idiot!" with a small exclamation point. If you allow pop ups, 6 windows spawn they will bounce all around your screen, closing will cause to spawn even more windows. Using the Alt+F4 key just spawns an error message saying you are an idiot!
This is called a virus, but it is not since it is based in JS code.

I just went on You Are An Idiot and got my computer damaged that i had to restart it.

The type of person that has book smarts yet lacks basic knowledge or common sense. A smart idiot is the type of person to ace a math test but not know how a can opener works, or the type of person to know the entire periodic table but pushes a pull door
