Student: Here's my book report on catcher in the rye.
Teacher: all it says was it sucked and Holden Caulfield is a little bitch.
Student: yeah but it sure beats the green new deal, right?
Teacher: ok well you earn a D+

Catfish Deal

A deal that looks amazing on the outset, based on all the superlatives and phony numbers provided by it's originator, but then when you actually do your research and underwrite the deal it couldn't be further from what they described to you.

I've wasted 3 hours looking at catfish deals today and had to start unsubscribing from a ton of these horrible wholesalers and realtors who don't know what they're doing.
