Scareumentary

Any 'future looking' TV program done in the documentary-style that peddles doom and fear to the viewer. Mostly based on either fuzzy science, blurry video, make-believe, or lottery-odds natural disasters.

Fear over fact and opinion over science.

1) Including, but not limited to, interpreting Nostradamus after the fact, Earth killing asteroids, Aztec calendars, pyramid building aliens, and the famous just-out-of-reach-of-modern-technology monsters among us.

2) Man #1: " I snapped a picture of by brother chasing Bigfoot. Its dark, blurry and otherwise nondescript."
Man #2: "You should send that to the History Channel. They will use it in their next Scareumentary!"

That kid is afraid of his own shadow. Must be because his dad is a scarent.

When a child is continually trying to scare an adult and the adult says, "You can't scare me, I'm scareless"
