Running the foil is slang for the act of smoking heroin off of aluminum foil. Opioid users typically use a flame to heat heroin or fentanyl on a piece of foil while inhaling the vapors, also known as chasing the dragon. Running foil is extremely potent and hard on the lungs, and is considered a step below shooting up. The term originates from the way in which melted heroin runs on foil as its vaporized, often leaving a trail of residue. It is also common for opioid addicts to smoke percocet M30 pills off foil.

Get the get it in and runmug. Run DMC was one of the most influential rap groups ever. It was extremely popular in the 1980s, and it consisted of emcees Run (Joseph Simmons), DMC (Darryl McDaniels), and the late deejay Jam Master Jay (Jason Mizell). Its genre is old-school rap (rap performed between 1979 and 1993), but the band has also performed rock songs, such as the remix of Aerosmith's "Run This Way." Alas, Jam was brutally murdered back in 2002.
