Your emotions are the fire - they create the weapons you will use on your journey.
The cool thing about that is that emotions don’t have to be right or wrong or “make sense”. You get to play with them and feel them. When someone really offends or hurts you, you have the power to not hold anything against them by turning the attention towards yourself.
You are significant so your emotions are interesting. There’s so much to explore there. You get to hold space for yourself. See what kinds of fire burn in you. The stronger the fire, the more powerful. Handle cautiously.
Even when a friend makes your feelings about condemning your offender, realize the time and space is being taken away from you.
It’s all about you. Accommodate for what is going on inside you. Give it all the attention it needs, and then some.
No need to turn your attention to the other person. It’s all about you.

Example 1 - on Dec 27, those emotions came from another realm. They do not belong to this world. You can tell just by the magnitude of their power. They forged your capacity to see the Central Dogma of Self Esteem : You are enough just because you exist. The Passion Forging Station is on the move!
Example 2 - Anger points to what I value. I get angry every time someone looks at a vulnerable situation I am in and goes “ohhhh Stephanie! That muse be sooooo hard!” Or they talk about it to their friends with maudlin sympathy for me! How dare they! Tell me what my experience means to me!
This shows I value courage. That in each of these moments, to me, it is not a moment of pity, but a moment I prove, once again, I embody COURAGE. And I want others to know - they will respect that!
