Biscuit Fail

When a cream filled biscuit goes wrong, and the top side (the bit with the pattern/logo etc) is round the wrong way ie creamside down, and the bottom is on the top. Could also be called biscuit malfunaction.

When you mishear the lyrics to a song, and make the lyrics sound dumber then they actually are.

Guy 1: dude did that just say it's more then I get for butt dialing

Thhe staples employee didnt have staples in the stapler.

random kid: "EPIC fail."

A person trips.

An action that is clumsy, unintentional, accidental that ends up in a moment of utter calamity in a sporting event.

The Boise State kicker committed a sports fail for the team resulting in a multimillion dollar loss for the school + infinite shame.

falcon fail

Falcon fail, first used by a YouTube user, is used when someone attempts to do an amazing acrobatic action (or falcon punch/kick) that's fails spectacularly.

However, when someone is seemingly about to fail but wins, it's falcon win.

Did you see that guy trying to do karate? he falcon failed!

or

I thought that guy was about to trip but he flipped, what a falcon win!

AI Fail:
The artificial intelligence (ai) of a game failing to do what its supposed to to, glitching out, or possibly getting stuck behind or in walls.

AI: *shoots own ally*
(It's supposed to shoot you)
Ai: *cant get unstuck from wall)
