Choose a piece of food, e.g. a Chips Deluxe, that you and your male friends like to eat. Then you and your buddies form a tight circle around the food item and proceed to fervently jerk off all over it. Last one to get their jizz on the cookie has to eat it.

A Snookie-Cookie is a derogative term referring to Jersey-based female private areas that are STD breeding grounds and should not be touched by males and/or females with basic morals and dignity. Females with a Snookie-Cookie should always be avoided becuase they are dirty and usually act premiscuous with many other humanbeings at one time and in one place.
The Situation: "Yo, Guido, watch out for that Guidette. I heard she's got a Snookie-Cookie."
Ronnie: "Yeah, lets bounce and hit the gym."

Typically a frat game, where a group of young men are seated around a table and a cookie is placed in the center of the formentioned table. They then proceed to masturbate and land their penis-pudding on the cookie. The last person to ejaculate on the cookie, is forced to consume it.
Man, that cookie was delicious! I'm glad we put all that cream on it!
Do we have anymore of those cookies from last night? I love playing cream the cookie.
Now I know what it is like to swallow a load =

The behavior of seeing praise or reward for not being racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. The annoying tendency of allies in struggle to seek attention for themselves, simply for not acting like an asshole.

"Hackers inside", Unix
1. Something passed between routines or programs that enables the receiver to perform some operation; a capability ticket or opaque identifier. Especially used of small data objects that contain data encoded in a strange or intrinsically machine-dependent way. E.g., on non-Unix OSes with a non-byte-stream model of files, the result of ftell(3) may be a magic cookie rather than a byte offset; it can be passed to fseek(3), but not operated on in any meaningful way. The phrase `it hands you a magic cookie' means it returns a result whose contents are not defined but which can be passed back to the same or some other program later.
2. An in-band code for changing graphic rendition (e.g., inverse video or underlining) or performing other control functions (see also cookie). Some older terminals would leave a blank on the screen corresponding to mode-change magic cookies; this was also called a glitch (or occasionally a `turd'; compare mouse droppings). S
