a term used for the white fungus growing on the bottom of a homeless persons foot and around the toe trenches. It looks quite similar to dick cheese and has an odour of nacho cheese dorito's, a dog's fart and stale milk all mixed together.

When being stripped searched in jail the homeless man might say " Yo boss, I dont think you want me to take my socks off, I got some bad cookie foot"
