You can see a lot of these in Eugene Oregon . All though the true definition of tweaker is someone on meth but people can be on be tweakers with out meth sometime just weed and or alcohol. You will see most these people that non meth tweakers at night they smell like weed and dog shit and don’t listen to their papa. Common other name for tweaker is MILA( musty in lethal wAys)

A guy who talks shit behind peoples back but is coward in front of the person and is too fat to be called a Twink. He makes fun of and points out insecurities and he’s more insecure of himself. Victimizes himself because he’s a wimp to say that he’s wrong. He is an instigator and causes problems that aren’t that big of a deal. He also be taking jokes way too far and gets mad when you call him out and has the ugliest perm and wears emo earrings.
