Moop is very accurate yet derogatory term for half wits with gigantic noses and a very large vaginal area. They tend to be horrible at fantasy football and hold their alcohol about as well as 70 lb 12 year old girl who had a cracker for lunch.
If you ever see one in the wild they may answer to Guido, Dan the Can, Mangina, Manweenie, or Gonzo.
