A state of emotional distress that makes the sufferer like a pregnant woman watching an overly emotional movie.

"Hey, what's wrong with Erika?"
"She feels absolutely terrible about how she has to reject Danny's marriage proposal even though she really likes him because she's just not ready for committment and she's really worried about what this will do to him. She's emotionally pregnant at the moment.

Emotional Ass-Rag

Fool who allows others to crap in his/her ear about all their problems and is discarded once when the person in question no longer needs them for support. Also anyone who allows themselves to be used, or is frequently used/abused by others who are venting their negative emotions in some way. See DOORMAT.

That emotional ass-rag always lets the hurt and lonely women cry on his shoulder thinking he's going to score with them only to be left alone while she runs off with some other bad-boy like the one who dumped her in the first place.
