tech metal

A growing genre of music that is commonly (and wrongly) referred to as grind or grindcore.

It features fast drumming, guitar riffs that usually don't fit or make sense, and combines elements from other genres, such as rock, freeform jazz, deathcore and sometimes country/western.

Tech

Michigan Technological University
Located in the far northern peninsula called the Keweenaw in Michigan, the school produces amazing engineers, business professionals, technicians, scientists and forestry students. The school gets so much snow they have a gigantic snow statue carnival every year, called: Winter Carnival

I went to Tech. There are no women at Tech. There are no attractive men at Tech. Tech drinks.

Techie

The magic makers of the theatre world, whom are generally under appreciated mainly by the audience but also the actors. They generally wear all black so as not to be seen during the show. They work in a variety of fields such as costumes, makeup, set, props, lights, and sound. There is moderate rivalry between the various aspects of tech and it has been put to question whether the less technical aspects of tech (costumes, makeup...etc) count as official techies. There is something called techie discrimination that while subtle still exists. its the belief that that techies are inferior to actors which is of course incorrect. Techies tend to have very dirty minds and use foul language (not saying actors are any better) but also be very brilliant. Respect and compliment your local techies! I recommend that all actors do some tech work so as to better appreciate what these people do!

High Tech High Media Arts

HTHMA is a public high school residing in the school district of San Diego, California. The students attending this school contain above average academic skills and succeed at life overall. These skills contained by these students lead to a successful after-school life for these children. 100% of these students end up acquiring masters degrees in ass-kicking. Other High Tech High Schools (such as HTH and HTHI) end up with less successful students, forcing the people attending those schools to be jealous. They often try to poke fun at HTHMA, but this is due to an outrageous amount of jealousy striking even the staff at other HTH schools. In the end, HTHMA is the school that produces the overall most kick-ass students in the world.

Tech Ninja

The most awesome position to be in all of Theatre. They run the whole show, controlling lights, sound, and the stage crew. The are invisible to the public but a major influence to the cast.
