This can also be referred to as: a state of delitiergation!

Paramedic 1: we have to act quickly the patient is perluciated if we don’t act quickly it may get worse!
Paramedic 2: the patient has about 10 minutes before he stops to aspitiate! Bring me the barolonometer!
Paramedic 1:It’s no use, he is already fading into a state of delitierigation.
Paramedic 2:well he’s gonna sustain lasting damage if he is peraspitated for too long
