Condition when one person is unexpectedly coerced into making eye contact with the hand of another individual, with the fingers in the shape of the “OK” sign, held below the waist line. a slang for distant cousins you never knew existed which mostly only ever show up asking for money when you or your closer cousins win the lottery (or more rarely, at a birthday party).

this slang originated from the pokemon: Diglett, As a joke on how distant cousins seem to "grow from the ground" when someone in your family wins the lottery.

when Dixie Normus won the lottery, the first thing she did was buy a lovely house in Santa Monica, but that was only the beginning of things. Everyone knows that when you get money, people start growing from the soil. Hundreds, if not, THOUSANDS of Digletts started running towards Dixie's direction asking for a little help like a bunch of money-hungry zombies! they started coming up in every hole, there were even Digletts coming from her ASS!
