In today's technology-dominated society, a new definition can be added to the plethora of existing ones for the term that we know of as a 'hoe'. A so-called 'hoe' is someone (typically a thirsty girl that doesn't drink enough water) who stalks her Snapchat feed and refreshes constantly like a puma waiting to pounce on a dying antelope in the wild (perhaps Africa, but not in the dessert because there's nothing in the dessert except for some tumbleweeds that blow in the wind, and, for lack of a better term, tumble).

If someone is already classified as a hoe based on existing definitions, chances are this one also applies 127% of the time.

Tiffany: *opens Snapchat* *sees new Snap* *debates over whether or not to open it* *sees that the time stamp is only at 3 minutes and therefore is an unacceptable time to open a Snapchat because she doesn't want to show her true colors as the thirsty hoe she is* *waits another 4 minutes because 7 minutes is acceptable* *sees that Snapchat recipient opens but does not respond for over 3 minutes* *cries and thinks about how pathetic her life is*
