Legal mod abuse

When mods of a Discord server troll people in a way that is technically not against the rules.

Example 1:
> "Jab just gave me the 'go to ultrakill land' role, now I can't talk except in the #ultrakill channel!"
> "It's legal mod abuse so you can't complain about it."

Example 2:
> "Why do muted users get locked out of the server but can talk in that one channel?"
> "It's so mods and other people can make fun of them, it's legal mod abuse."

Example 3:
> "my nick has been changed to 'short people fucker' what the hell"

"i can't change it either"

A person who intentionally hurts someone by using offensive or hurtful words

E.g constantly insults or criticism them bebiliting

abuse tax

A tariff we pay to the State or Federal government to recompense them for abusing us.

I can at least partially understand levying an abuse tax on truly "optional" abuse-items like tobacco or alcohol, but why charge it on gasoline? That's a necessary commodity to merely get around, and besides, it's not as if we aren't TRYING to use other fuels and/or forms of motive-power --- many people are trying to promote "green" forms of transportation like bicycles, electric vehicles, ethanol, etc., but the powers-that-be are actively squelching the development of such technology. Why, even GM itself crushed its own EV1 electric cars that people ALREADY WERE USING AND LOVED... what kinda convoluted nonsense does THAT make??!?!

A person who intentionally hurts someone by critising or discriminating someone due to there race

E.g excluding someone or treating someone unfairly due to there race making racial slurs or inappropriate comments due to there race
