"What about Videl" refers to female Dragon Ball character, Videl, more specifically, refers to how she is neglected and should be a more relevant and important character. It's derived from the YouTubers Saiyan Scholar and his video which advocated for Videl's return as a more prevalent, stronger, fleshed-out character.
