A Ragbitch doesn't have fashion sense so dresses like a rag and behaves like a bitch. He has also realized that he is not competent to do anything. Although he doesn't intend to be lame and repulsive, he can't help it because of his inherent nature. He fucks up all plans and can't be trusted.
