The "spit bitch" is very cocky and will do whatever he can to try to be the best, bringing even more disrespect for him. The final stage is when the antagonist, cannot take it any longer and spits on the annoying rat. Having never predicted this event, they are puzzled and do not object being spat on.
You are safe to call that person your spit bitch, without any consequence, as they will never confront you.
