palera1n

palera1n is a semi-tethered jailbreak based on the checkm8 exploit for iOS 15-16 devices with an A8-A11 processor.
It works by exploiting a flaw in the USB DFU stack, leading to a use-after-free (UaF) condition allowing unsigned code to run.

On A11, it only works if you disabled your passcode on iOS 15, and wiped the device after disabling on iOS 16.
It also only works until the device is rebooted.

1: I just installed palera1n and it's working flawlessly- Did it just kernel panic?
