Neo-racist

Someone, usually black (though white people can be this as well as any other race) who behaves in a way that congruent with the way racists treat black people. These people are typically another kind of bigot and many times they would also harbor hatred towards such groups as transgender people or others. They are characterized by them feeling as though white people owe them something when that is only true up to a certain point. They indiscriminately treat white people terribly and assume that all white people are automatically racist by default when prejudice and bigotry are human things. They seem themselves as heroic, when really they are the same sort of villains as those they claim to fight.

This neo-racist terrorized me outta the bathroom saying she hates white people and all these trannies and all I was doing was using the bathroom.
