Michael Standard Time

The proper term to use when you know you will be late to a social gathering or event, usually dictates that the person will be around 1-3 hours late past the selected time.
Person 1: Hey, I'll be there at 5 pm Michael Standard Time (MST).
Person 2: Sweet, I'll start preparing around 7.

Person 1: dude WTF, you said you would be here at 9?
Person 2: Sorry, I was held up by traffic, I should have said 9 AM MST.
Person 1: Oh, ok that's cool.

An alarm that happens periodically throughout the day in England and everyone has to drink tea or face a fine of £129 from the TVA
You will not be fined however if you are unconscious because unconscious people dont want tea

time pollution

Based on the idea that pollution is "degrading the quality of a common resource", time pollution happens when someone wastes everyone's time, say in a meeting, by talking about something that is useless, uninteresting, irrelevant or purely rhetorical.
"Hey, how did the planning meeting go?" "Oh, you know Bob doesn't know anything. He just created a lot of time pollution. Everyone was just yawning and waiting for it to finish."
