Get the hand raiser mug.Literally EVERYTHING is racism to you. I see what you're talking about but it's a broader issue and your solution only fixes the problem for SOME of the black people (Of which I AM in case we forgot who we're talking to) and the underlying problem will remain.

Does this only apply to appointed positions or do we need a proportionate number of elected officials? All black primary? Should only black people vote? How could a white man know who could best govern as a representative of black people? It's retarded and it's based on an a priopi presupposition that a black person would govern or make decisions in a black way and that they would promote other black people instead of doing what the people currently in power do (which is shamelessly promote themselves). I want them to do it so that when nothing happens, you have to sit there and look stupid and explain to me why it didn't do anything. It's nothing more than politic tokenism. 'OoOo Look!
