The slang term "China" refers to the "social credit" system where your parents still limit your screen time until you finish college. Coupled with the fact that you're still going to be unable to afford moving out from parents house until after you've finished college, this "social credit" system is intended to "boost" your "drive" to study hard in order to eventually (be able to) finish college.

Living under the 'China' social credit system means my parents keep my screen time on lockdown until I graduate from college—it's their way of boosting my drive to hit the college textbooks and finally move out from my parents' house!
