A mom who completely or mostly bases her son/daughter's life from programs and shows about parenthood. Many PBS moms children will be subject to the following. :
> Anything wrong they do its always just a phase.
> lots of classical music in the home.
> Telling you that you can tell her anything but she already has responses to it because it was a 2 hour program on Monday on ''how to talk to your kids'' episode #455.
And much more...
Usually a PBS mom is not a bad or good thing it can usually just get annoying.

Often used as an insult. I'll make examples of both but your mom is often used as an insult or compliment about someones mom. Or just straight up making fun of you and/or mom.
Good use:
Friend: Hey man! Your mom is pretty cool!
Person: Thanks, she is the best!
Bad use:
Bully: Dude, I f##ked your mom
Example #2
Bully #2: Your mom is gay!
Friend: Hey man! Your mom is pretty cool!
Person: Thanks, she is the best!
Bad use:
