The male equivalent of Aunt Flo. Used to refer to a man's monthly hormonal cycles, aka "irritable male syndrome".

Men's testosterone, goes up and down four or five times an hour.

There are daily cycles with testosterone.
Men have a monthly hormonal cycle and men can track their moods and recognize they are related to hormonal changes through the month.

Should he become cranky or aggravated it becomes obvious that Uncle Blob is visiting.
