Someone who is acting in an absurd manner. Their behavior would have you believe they are drunk or under the influence of something, but they are just soberly behaving in a very odd way.

Jeff was acting insane last night.. he was tilt for sure.

triliarchy

A corrupt leadership group containing multiple people (3 or more) that has or acts as though they have total control over the group they lead as if they were the dictator of a fascist regime. The leaders or triligists exhibit the same qualities as that of a totalistic leader, meaning that they pose a desire to control everything and believe they are supreme.

I really hate the triliarchy that is our school administrative group.
