LT2

When an individual is very "chilled" and relaxed they are considered to be in LT2.

It originates from Birmingham (UK) Medical School in which there are LTs 1, 3 and 4, but no LT2.

I had a nice glass of wine and a really good shisha and I was well into LT2.
