Swim practice is where your coach constantly yells at you to go faster when you are already at your limit, You can't see on backstroke because of the blinding sun, you hit hands with people on freestyle and butterfly, you practically go no-where in breaststroke... picture that holding your breath.
Leah: "wanna hang out today?"
Me: "sorry I have swim practice"
Leah: "what about tomorrow?"
Me: "sorry boo I still gotta go to practice"

A straight white male. The actual acronym is SWM but that's hard to pronounce and therefore hard to use as a slur.
Friends of said swim: "Wassup my swim"
People who dislike said swim: "Look at that swim, what a b!tch"
People who aren't straight, white, or a male: "Swims are the root of all evil"

Used is a noun and verb. This is a move performed at an alternative concert varying from hardcore to even pop punk. To make the "swimming in a pit move" you get on the ground in a mosh or regular pit at a concert and pretend to swim (stationary) by waving your arms and kicking your legs. This move is more for laughs than breakdowns.
Girl: "Dude, did you see that guy get on the ground and swim in the mosh pit?"
Guy: "You mean, swimming in a pit. Yeah that is the future hardcore dancing."
