The manipulative act of a white man/white woman who only engages in relationships with black men/black women with the soul purpose to manipulate the decisions of the black man/black woman into not having a mind of his/her own to make the black man/woman dependent/submissive to the will their white partner by use manipulative tactics treating and talking him/her like child, animal or property instead of treating him/her like a partner/spouse and also abusive behavior can be present.

I feel sorry for that dude because his wife likes to black handle him like he's her dog.
