I guess that's true, but why isn't there a specific word for it? Maybe we should make up a word.
"Yeah, let's call it a grinché. It is like a frown, but with an added level of frustration."

The joke was to fool others into believing that the movie Goncharov (1973) was a real film directed by Martin Scorsese, when in fact, the film does not exist and is completely made up.
