Writing's not that easy, but Grammarly can help. This sentence is Grammatically correct, but it's wordy and hard to read.

You know it, you hate it, it's that ad you dread to see. We can all recite the entire ad because we have seen it too many times. However, 9 year olds who discover the internet are seriously in need of it.

Someone who preys on people on the internet, particularly their language skills, despite the fact the person's first language may not be english or they might even have an intellectual disability, impairment or even dyslexia. All this to boost their own ego - The worst kind of nazi.
