Gas rage also occurs when you fill up at the pump, realizing that the extra ten dollars in your pocket is suddenly gone.

Gamer 1: Aw come on! Stop being a little douche bag and fight like a real fucking computer! Fuck those Pikachus and this game! *throws controller*

Gamer 2: Uh-oh here's the Brooklyn Rage! *hits play*

Music: Neyh, neyh, neyh, neyh...

Others: *Histerical laughter*

streets of rage

One of the best reasons to own a SEGA Genesis. A beat-em-up game that was SEGA's answer to Final Fight. Streets of rage featured three main characters Axel Stone, Blaze Fielding, and Adam Turner, all three of them ex-cops, beating the crap out of thugs and ninjas who work for a crime-lord called Mr. X and his right-hand man called Shiva. In the second and third sequels, Adam Turner is replaced by his kid brother Skate Turner, and two extra characters, Max Thunder and Dr. Zan, join in the party.

The best game of the series is Streets of Rage 2.

power rangers

A show created in 1993 by Haim Saban, but with roots (and suits, stories, footage, etc.) from the Super Sentai franchise. The basic premise is like so: evil warlord/ witch/ Machine Empire/ empress/ squid/ demon/ mutant/ psychopath/ exiled ninja/ failed science experiment/ alien emperor sends down monster, heroes (5 or 6 usually) kill monster, monster grows, heroes jump into zords, kill monster again, repeat. Add tortured souls and their backstories for flavor.

It's Morphin' Time! lightning bolt Dragonzord! Mastadon! Pteradactyl! Sabertoothed Tiger! Tyrannosaurus! zoom in on Red Ranger helmet stock footage, zoom out to reveal... POWER RANGERS!
