A person who sits around breathing heavily with they mouth open, as to have sinus or nasal issues. Sometimes in a look of confusion.

A child is breathing heavily and making a weird noise coming from the throat. I would say that child is an air eater

somebody that cheats on their significant other

(cheating can be in the form of emotional and/or physical), while continuing to lead on other people for their own benefit, these are the worst type of people. They are most commonly known as douchebags and/or psychopaths.

Phil: What, you are just a social eater?

Tom: Yeah, it works great to stay fit.
