when a prison inmate sneaks or smuggles in drugs, typically weed, into prison, in thier asshole. by stuffing the drugs inside the asshole, this prevents xray photos from seeing the drugs and if the drugs are up inside the asshole far enough, they wont fall out during a cavity search.
