Base Delta Zero

The complete and total bombardment of a planetary surface, eradicating all life in the area with such force as to leave said area uninhabitable for a long period of time afterwards. In a large scale assault, may also involve burning away of the atmosphere. Usually the assault is performed by an Imperial-Class Star Destroyer or an equivalent type cruiser.

Zero Day Exploit

A cyber attack that is done through a vulnerability in a software application that the developer of the software is unaware of and is first discovered by the hacker. The term is used to mean that the software developer had zero days to work on a patch to fix an exploit before the exploit was used. One of the most common applications to have a zero day exploit is a web browser.

John: All the data on my computer was destroyed by a virus.

Bill: Yeah you need to be very careful when you download porn.

John: No, I heard it was done through a zero day exploit on Internet Explorer.

Bill: Oh I see. But why are you using Internet Exploder? Everybody knows that's a piece of shit browser.

John: Don't know, I never will again.

A game developed by Guerilla and published by SONY and is ONLY on PS4 (RIP PC players). The point of the game is to kill machines (yeah machines) and try to found out why you are an outcast. This takes place in the future (yeah 1000 years later). In this game you will be constantly W A T C H E D by W A T C H E R S, a small machine W A T C H I N G for a living

Wow I think I just killed a Thunderjaw, the most badass machine in Horizon Zero Dawn.

Zero suit samus

The Metroid Prime star Samus Aran usuals seen wearing the trademark Metroid Bounty Hunter suit, however in certain Metroid games codes can be used to remove Samus' suit showing her in an admitedly hot bikini.

Player 1: Dude did you use the Zero suit samus code?

Zero dark thirty

A humorous way to declare an unknown time in the wee hours of the morning. Especially used by military personnel to describe an unwanted time to be awake or awaken. Usually pronounced "oh" dark thirty.

"What time is morning formation?"

"Have no clue, oh dark thirty I imagine!"

Sgt. Hanson always has us up at zero dark thirty for our morning runs!
