A rascist person that promotes white supremacy and who encourages violence and psychological harassment of people people of African descent. They are people who spread hatred and fascism.

Whigger (definition) - A rascist white supremacists who believes that African people and their descendants are bad. But the founding fathers of the USA historically unclean habits like parasites in their wigs.
