1) A phrase used whenever you have nothing better to say or you just want someone's approval for no real reason. To have to work properly, one person must initiate the phrase as shown in the example.

A false D*ckriding usuag is when a person uses the phrase "d rider" in a false way. This is usually when someone is annoying to someone else and the other person calls them a "d*ckrider" when they're not.
