Temporary Voter

More known as a reckless driver

Somebody who gets old enough to vote and drive cars/ride motorbikes but because of their overconfidence in their driving abilities they accidentally kill themselves before they can vote.

Credit for the term: my mother who has created this term and has been using it for years

temporal narcissism

The self-centeredness or vanity of an individual expressing itself through dysphoria caused by the inability to pause, rewind, or fast-forward stimuli or events occurring around him or her in the same way he or she can pause a TiVo or other media device.

-Temporal narcissism is often seen when people regrettably remember that they can't rewind the movie they're watching at the movie theater when they couldn't make out what was said.

-Example of temporal narcissism: Driving home from work today, I got really indignant after remembering I couldn't pause the radio while I ordered dinner at the drive-through window.

I had no plans for valentines day so I committed temporary suicide early last night.

When you like someone, but then you realize that there is no way they'll ever like you back... so to get over them you: pick a person (your temporary crush) that you are mildly attracted to as your new crush, and every time you think of that other person, think of your new crush instead just until you get over him...

"Hey, don't you like that guy?"
"Yeah, but it'll never work so I'm using a temporary crush, that guy over there."
