a Rizzo

A kid that has no worries at home, never has to worry about money problems or what people think of him. Gets anything he wants given to him. He speaks his mind and makes fun of people without a care what gets said about him. Also known to be an A1 snitch. "Rizzo's" don't believe in drugs and alcohol and they want you and the local police department to know it.

Can also be used as a direct object in terms of someone or something "pulling a Rizzo"

I was talking to this new kid, I thought he was chill but he keeps filming me without me knowing and sending it to my girlfriend... must be a Rizzo.

The cops showed up at this party I was at the other night... someone must've pulled a Rizzo.

Rizmi is a type of potato (sc. rizmo tuberosum) , usually grown in the village, but once was villagers food, discovered by the metropolis food chain, now is a main ingredient in famous french fries and wedges celebrated for it's sweet taste and crispy feels
