The act of raising/mentoring your arch enemy´s child as your own after defeating or killing him/her in glorious combat. Coming from the plot devise in Akira Toriyama´s popular Dragon Ball Z anime.

In the Kenneth Branagh´s Marvel Comics inspired movie Thor (2011), the main antagonist Loki is motivated to usurp Odin after realizing that he had been piccolo´d by him.

Gohan was piccolo´d by Piccolo in Dragon Ball Z.
