A greasy usually hot meat and or cheese food blindly inhaled at the end of a heavy night of drinking used to soak up the alcohol.

When we woke up in the living room still hung over there were Snack Pappy wrappers all over the place.

The man in front of me at airport security had a CPAP machine and kept winking at me. He was a total c-pappy.
