This aconym was coined by my group of friends in the 1970's to describe one of the crew who had urinary urgency issues. Proper use in a sentance is as follows: "Hey dude, you gotta pull the car over NOW, I have to pull an OPUS"!

An condition in men in which the testicles begin to become very extraordinary itchy, to the point that the person effected cannot properly function until his balls have been itched. The female equivalent is "Vag-itch-itis-otus"

Guy 1: So what did you think of the game last night?

Guy 2: Look imma let you finish but I got a real bad case of ball-itch-itis-otus.
