A swift hard dragging strike done with usually your index finger across another persons head or other body part. You can also use other single fingers to “joog” someone such as a middle finger or even a single knuckle if need be to inflict more pain.

“Damn, Kyle totally “jooged” the shit out of my head the other day in line. It nearly tore some of my hair out.”
