A minor inconvenience; a speedbump in the way of getting with a girl; the guy, who has an outstanding relationship with a girl, that you must bump out of the way to get with her

Guy 1: Man, I'd love to get with Jolanta.
Guy 2: I heard she has a boyfriend.
Guy 1: Nevermind him. He's just a Jeffy in the Road. He'll be out of the picture in a week.

jeffy sleeper pick

A fantasy football draft pick who can end up having just a shredded bit of success throughout the entire football season, or be the reigning NFL MVP. Is typically made by guys who always qualify for the consolation bracket each year.

Guy 1- "Aaron Rodgers was my jeffy sleeper pick this season."

Guy 2- "Dude, Aaron Rodgers was the top ranked QB in the draft rankings"

Guy 1- "Yeah well nobody else Tweeted that they were thinking about drafting him, or mentioned his name in the last ten minutes, so therefore he's my jeffy sleeper pick."
