geographical nepotism

Also know as 'locational nepotism'. It's like nepotism, but for locations. Commonly occurs in professional settings where a boss will have a personal preference for a location based on personal relation to the location.

Example: The boss wants to have a meeting in a town, because it's close to their vacation home.
The boss picking that location is total geographical nepotism
