Bush Derangement Syndrome

The irrational belief, despite all factual evidence to the contrary, that President George W. Bush has been truthful and successful in the execution of his policies, and that his actions are in the best interests of the United States.

That Iraq had developed weapons of mass destruction; that Iraq supported Al Qaeda; that the invastion of Iraq has made America and the world safer from terrorism; that his tax cuts help the middle class.

An incoherent mental (and often physical) state, generally attributed to staying up all night eating treats (see: ecstasy) and/or various other substances, and often finished off with smoking copious amounts of weed.

I double dropped earlier and am now completely deranged.

Deranker

1.) Name given to somebody who purposely loses a game (typically the Halo games) on Xbox 360 to cause others to go down in rank and to benefit later on in terms of rank, etc.
2.) One of the four leaders of the Federation of Asshole Gamers (F@G). Is known as XBL Number 1's Deranker and for betraying.

1: There's no way I'm going to win this game, I have a Deranker on my team.

Did you see how Michelle Malkin freaked out about that lipstick on a pig comment? It was classic Palin Derangement Syndrome.
